Eligibility:
All events are organised by Drive Espana on behalf of those traveling
Booking Form and deposit:
The completed booking forms should be returned to Drive Espana together with the appropriate deposit by return. Priority for events will be given in strict order of receipt of deposit. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of these term and conditions.
Balance schedule and payment:
A deposit is due with your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified deadline. If payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be deemed to be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Further details of the event will be sent once the final payment has been received.
Cancellation terms:
Should you need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we must be advised in writing. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, you will be refunded in full, less the deposit paid, which is non- refundable and any unrecoverable costs which Drive Espana may have incurred.
Pricing:
Drive Espana reserves the right to review the price elements of the package at any time due to supplier’s price increases, other circumstances unknown to us when the event literature was issued and any unexpected changes in currency rates. Drive Espana reserves the right to charge a supplement for elements of the event that are affected by currency fluctuation.
Travel insurance and roadside assistance:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that:
The client’s car carries appropriate equipment legally required for European travel.
The client has appropriate motor insurance for European travel.
The client has adequate travel insurance.
The client has organised European Recovery. (Drive Espana recommends Green Flag)
The client has insurance cover for the vehicle whilst on the Circuit at any trackday attended
The cover taken must be suitable for the client’s needs.
Liability:
Drive Espana are not acting as agents on behalf of persons traveling nor as agents on behalf of any supplier of goods and services used by party members during the duration of the trip.
Drive Espana do not accept liability in respect of death, bodily injury, illness, disease or damage to property of event members and third parties whilst traveling to, participating in, or traveling from the trip.
Drive Espana encourages responsible driving, we do not accept liability in respect of fines, penalties or other sanctions resulting from participant’s infringement of relevant laws and regulations in the countries visited
Itinerary, travel and accommodation:
Drive Espana cannot take responsibility for changes or alterations to the published traveling schedules or to the advertised hotel accommodation nor any other service or good supplied by a third party.
All hotels and ferry bookings are made on behalf of the group and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Ferry Company and hotels involved.
All hotel bookings are on a half board basis except where specified.
Ferry bookings are for car and accommodation only except where specified.
Whilst we make every effort to adhere to the published schedule, Drive Espana reserve the right to amend the itinerary if circumstances dictate.
Travel tickets /documentation and Track day information:
The track day element of the trip is organised by the relevant circuit and your contract for this day’s activity is with them. They have committed to run the event in line with standard UK Car Club policies on track days and you will be required to sign a standard disclaimer.
Travel documentation and general information will be issued approximately 2-3 weeks before departure.
Keeping your money safe
• Drive Espana is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with the current ”The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations ” all passengers booking with Drive Espana are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Drive Espana
This Policy is issued by Evolution Insurance Company Limited which is registered in Gibraltar No. 88737 with a registered office at 5/5 Crutchett’s Ramp, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
Evolution Insurance Company Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar and authorised and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. Details about the extent of our authorisation and regulation by the FCA are available from us on request.
• In the unlikely event of Insolvency of Drive Espana please follow the procedures below:
Claims should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the Administration order or the Drive Espana being declared insolvent supported by documented evidence quantifying the value of the claim.

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond (with the exception of Credit and Debit card). This policy will also not cover any loss sustained by Passenger(s) booked on a flight-inclusive package sold and commencing within the United Kingdom.
**Policy Period covers bookings made within the dates specified regardless of date of travel**

• The Insurer is the controller of the personal data provided in relation to this Policy. The Insurer is registered with the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA) as a data controller and is listed on the Register of Data Controllers under registration number DP003699. Contract:
A binding contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch our confirmation of booking to you.
