Superdeportivos Cantabria is the biggest Supercar event in Spain every year. In 2014 Drive
Espana informally took part and since 2015 we have returned annually as full participants with a group of UK cars. We are looked after brilliantly and there is a car show, drive outs, receptions, gala dinners (with excellent food) and the chance to meet like minded owners as well as the car mad people of Santander and Cantabria. The event grows in numbers from when we join on Wednesday to the Saturday climax with up to 150 cars. No need to worry about language barriers—most people we meet speak some English and there is usually an English speaker with the organisers The Spanish really know how to party—and this is a great party!
Our hotel in Santander is carefully chosen to have ramp-free access to the parking as well as being within walking distance of some of the main events.

| Mon 25 May | Evening departure from Portsmouth on Brittany Ferries Salamanca |
| Wed 27 May | Arrive in Santander and drive to Lerma to meet our hosts and dine and stay at the impressive Parador |
| Thurs 28 May | Drive out and visit a bodega before making our way to a yet to be disclosed hotel at Aranda de Duero ( we’re betting on Finca Torremilanos) |
| Fri 29 May | As the organisers put it—a route, lunch and and check-in to the Hotel Santemar in Santander before a black tie dinner at the Palacio de la Magdalena |
| Saturday 30/ Sun 31 May | Morning car show in Santander and City Parade before lunch at MarMondo—a favourite restaurant walking distance from our hotel. Later we’re dining at the Casino and that’s closer! On Sunday there will be a drive out around the bay to Itxaski—a stunning Basque seafood restaurant before our farewell dinner. | Mon 1 June | Free day in Santander to explore, hit the shops, chill out or visit the Botin art gallery |
| Tue 2 June | Drive 35 miles for lunchtime departure from Bilbao on Brittany Ferries Galicia |
| Wed 3 June | Early Evening arrival at Portsmouth |

Includes return ferry crossings from Portsmouth with twin outside cabin. Dinner bed and
breakfast each day (bar 1 June which is bed and breakfast only) organisation by SDC as well as support of a Tour Leader
